QuallyQue™ is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. This policy applies with respect to the information that we collect through the QuallyQue website, located at QuallyQue.com, QuallyQue mobile, located at ( ), the LoqalWave™ website, located at Loqalwave.com, as well as the QQRoundup™ Newsletter, Neighborhood Gems™ and other campaigns, our FB and other social media pages, QuallyQue Blog located at blog.quallyque.com or on our Posterous accounts (collectively all referred to as the “QuallyQue Services”). Amendments to this policy will be posted at this URL and will be effective when posted. Your continued use of any of the QuallyQue Services following the posting of any amendment, modification or change shall constitute your acceptance thereof.

I. INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect non-personally identifiable information about you in a number of ways, including tracking your activities through your IP address, computer settings or most-recently visited URL.

We may also ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information about yourself, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business name, business license number or physical address in order use services offered by QuallyQue, such as when you register for a user or business account, subscribe to a newsletter, or purchase goods or services. We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information to us by, for example, filling out a survey or registration form or posting that information in a forum or message board. We do, however, collect information you have allowed to be public from Facebook or other social media sites when you use features such as Facebook Connect or otherwise connect your QuallyQue account with those sites. .

II. USE OF INFORMATION BY QUALLYQUE

In general, we will only use the information you provide to us for the purpose for which such information was provided. We may also use this information to deliver to you information about our company and services, and for administration of the QuallyQue Services and our websites. Your information may also be used to contact you when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings from QuallyQue by following the instructions set forth in the opt-out section below, except that you cannot opt out of receiving information about your account with us, unless you elect to cancel that account.

Non-personal demographic and profile data is used to tailor your experience at our site, showing you content we think you might be interested in. This information may also be shared with advertisers on an aggregate non-personal basis.

III. RELEASE OF INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade, or rent or your information to others except as provided below:

• Third Party Promotions and Offers
  QuallyQue may provide offers and promotions from particular businesses and merchants who request information regarding the purchasers of the offer. In those cases, we will share some of your personally identifiable information with those businesses and merchants. Our release of this information may allow a business or merchant to market directly to you should they choose to do so. However, we do not share any personally identifiable information with a business or merchant unless you have chosen to participate in an offer with that business or merchant. We specifically disclaim any responsibility or liability for the actions of such businesses or merchants. QuallyQue informs them that they are only permitted to communicate with you for the purposes of the specific QuallyQue promotion or offer, we do not have any responsibility for their actions, which are outside of our control.
• Third Party Service Providers
  QuallyQue uses third party service providers to provide some QuallyQue Services to you and to provide some administrative services to QuallyQue that help us provide the QuallyQue Services to you. We may share your personally identifiable information with such service providers, for example, to fulfill orders, send emails and newsletters, administer contests or sweepstakes, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, provide search results and links, process credit card payments, troubleshoot, and provide customer service.
  Some of these third party service provides also have privacy policies that apply to your information. For instance, we use the Tippr engine for our LoqalWave site. Tippr’s privacy policy applies to Tippr’s handling of any information collected through that site. The Tippr privacy policy is available at http://tippr.com/legal/privacy/.
• Business Transfer
  As with any other business, we could merge with, or be acquired by another company. If this occurs, the successor company would acquire the information we maintain, including personally identifiable information. However, such information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy.
• Public Areas The QuallyQue Services may include areas where you can publicly post information about yourself, communicate with others such as discussion boards or blogs, submit your “favorites” or review merchants, products, restaurants. This information may be accessible by other users and companies and may appear on other websites or web searches. Thus, this information could be read, collected, and used by others. For example, if you post your email address along with a review, you may receive unsolicited messages. We have no control over who reads your postings or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post.
• Facebook, Twitter and other third-party websites
  The QuallyQue Services allow users to link to third party websites and services, such as Twitter or Facebook. By connecting your QuallyQue account with any third party profile or account, your personally identifiable information may be made available QuallyQue. If you connect with such an account or profile, you consent to the release of your information to QuallyQue.
• Mobile Applications and Devices
  If you download, use or access the QuallyQue Services on a mobile device, we may collect your mobile number, geographic location and other information provided by your carrier. We will only use this information to contact you if you opt-in to receive messages and content from us through the mobile application or device. Except when required by law, or as part of a business transfer, we will never share this information with third parties.
• Law Enforcement
  Occasionally, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Your Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose your information upon receipt of a court order or subpoena or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

IV. USE OF IP ADDRESSES

We use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our websites and the QuallyQue Services.

V. USE OF COOKIES

When you view our websites or access the QuallyQue Services we might store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a "cookie" or similar file. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on our site. Cookies do not spy on you or otherwise invade your privacy, and they cannot invade your hard drive and steal information. Rather, they help you navigate a website as easily as possible. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and to prevent you from reentering all your registration data at each connection.

We may use an outside advertisement server company to display ads on our site. These ads may contain cookies. The advertisement server company may collect cookies received with outside banner ads. We do not have access to information that would confirm the use of cookies by the advertisement server company.

VI. SECURITY

Our site has industry standard security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. While there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the Internet, we will take all reasonable steps to insure the safety of your personal information.

Our websites contains links to other websites. QuallyQue is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

VIII. UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

QuallyQue allows its users the option to change or modify information previously provided. This may be done through the following methods:

To update your LoqalWave account information, e-mail the information to support@loqalwave.com.

To update your QuallyQue.com account information, e-mail the information to support@QuallyQue.com.

Unfortunately, to the extent that such information is also stored in other databases, we cannot always ensure that such corrections or deletions will reach the other databases. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is removed from or corrected in our records.

IX. CHOICE; OPT OUT

You may opt-out of receiving communications from us by the following means:

To opt out of LoqalWave communications, send an e-mail to optout@loqalwave.com and include your name, email address and identify what LoqalWave emails and communications you do not want to receive.

To opt out of all other communications, send an e-mail to optout@QuallyQue.com and include your name, address, email address and identify what QuallyQue emails and communications you do not want to receive.

However, you cannot opt-out of receiving administrative notifications about your LoqalWave or QuallyQue account or your use of LoqalWave or the QuallyQue Services.

X. PUBLIC FORUMS

The QuallyQue Services may include blogs, chat rooms, forums, message boards, social networking pages that are available to our users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
